By using or purchasing products from Future Ms CEO, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. In addition, if you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. Moreover, please refrain from making a purchase if the above is valid.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Templates & Digital Products: All sales of templates and digital products from Future Ms CEO are final. Similarly, due to the nature of digital products and their instant delivery, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

3. Terms & Conditions for Canva Templates

  • All sales of Canva templates are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued once a purchase is made.
  • The templates use fonts, images, and elements available on Canva. The purchase includes the template only. Some images and fonts may require a Canva Pro account or a separate purchase. Templates are sold for individual use under a single-use license (details below).
  • Canva template purchase links expire after 90 days. Therefore, to retain access, open and save all templates in your Canva account before the expiration period.

4. License Information (Canva Templates – Limited License)

  • Each purchase grants one license to the buyer.
    Permitted Uses:

    Personal Use: Unlimited end-products for personal projects (not for business).

    Commercial Use: Up to 5,000 copies of an end-product may be sold. However, if more than 5,000 copies are needed, an additional license is required. Therefore, use on one personal or business social media account owned or managed by the buyer. Unlimited physical advertisements. Digital paid ads with unlimited impressions.

    Prohibited Uses: The template itself may not be resold, shared, or distributed in its original or modified format. In addition, that template may not be used to create a competing product for resale.

5. License Information (Canva Templates – Unlimited PLR License)

  • An unlimited commercial Private Label Rights (PLR) license is available only with the purchase of a commercial license bundle. Furthermore, this license removes usage restrictions, allowing full customization and resale.
  • The 90-day download period still applies. Moreover, after 90 days, repurchasing is required to regain access.

6. Terms & License for Digital Info Products

  • Digital info products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or credited due to their instant delivery.
  • However, these products are for buyer use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold. However, for any questions, contact [email protected].
